1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Auto Forward Messages bot (@Auto_ForwardMessagesBot) and related services ("Service") provided by Vinay Goyal ("we", "us", or "our"). By starting, connecting to, or using the Service in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Auto Forward Messages is a Telegram automation tool that allows users to automatically forward messages between Telegram channels and groups using their own Telegram accounts. The Service operates as a userbot — it uses an encrypted session token linked to your Telegram account to perform forwarding actions on your behalf.

3. Account & Authentication
- You must provide a valid phone number associated with a Telegram account to use the Service.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Telegram account. If your account is compromised, notify us immediately.
- You may disconnect your session at any time from within the bot or directly from Telegram → Settings → Devices.
- You must not share your session token, bot authentication, or account credentials with others.
- You must be the legitimate owner of the Telegram account you connect. Using another person's account without their permission is prohibited.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must NOT use the Service to:
- Violate Telegram's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
- Forward, distribute, or republish content that infringes on intellectual property rights, including copyrighted material you do not have permission to reproduce
- Spread spam, unsolicited messages, or automated bulk messaging to users who have not consented
- Forward illegal content including but not limited to child sexual abuse material, content promoting terrorism, or material that is illegal in your jurisdiction
- Engage in harassment, abuse, threats, or hate speech directed at individuals or groups
- Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any rate limits, security measures, or restrictions of the Telegram platform
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or our systems
- Use the Service in a way that disrupts, damages, or impairs the Service for other users
- Misrepresent the source of content you forward (e.g. forwarding content while falsely claiming it is original)
Important: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found violating these terms without notice and without refund.
5. Content Responsibility
You are solely responsible for all content you forward using the Service. We do not review, monitor, or moderate message content passing through the forwarding engine. By using the Service, you represent that:
- You have the right to forward the content you configure the bot to forward
- The content you forward complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction
- You will not use the Service to distribute content that violates third-party rights
We are not liable for any claims arising from content you forward through the Service.
6. Plans, Payments & Refunds
Free plan
The Free plan is available at no cost and provides limited features as described on the pricing page. We reserve the right to modify free plan limits at any time.
Paid plans
- Paid plans (Basic, Plus, Pro) are billed monthly and must be purchased via the
/upgrade command in the bot.
- Current pricing: Basic $7/mo · Plus $10/mo · Pro $12/mo. Prices may change with advance notice.
- Payments are accepted via UPI, Razorpay, and PayPal. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers subject to their own terms.
- Subscriptions are activated manually by our team after payment verification (for UPI/manual methods) or automatically (for Razorpay/PayPal gateway payments).
Refund policy
- All payments are generally non-refundable once a plan is activated.
- Refunds will be issued if: (a) we are unable to provide the paid service due to a technical failure on our end, or (b) you were charged in error.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment to contact@autoforwardmessages.com.
- We do not offer pro-rated refunds for unused days of a subscription period.
Free trial
New users receive a free 3-day Pro trial on first account connection. The trial is granted once per user and cannot be re-activated after expiry.
7. Service Availability & Limitations
We strive to provide continuous 24/7 operation. However:
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Downtime may occur due to maintenance, infrastructure issues, Telegram platform issues, or other factors outside our control.
- Telegram imposes rate limits ("FloodWait") on all accounts. During heavy load, forwarding may be temporarily delayed. This is a Telegram platform limitation and not a service failure.
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.
- We may impose limits on usage to prevent abuse or protect service quality for all users.
8. Telegram Platform Compliance
The Service uses Telegram's MTProto API to operate userbot sessions. By using the Service, you acknowledge that:
- Userbot automation is subject to Telegram's own Terms of Service. Accounts that violate Telegram's policies may be restricted or banned by Telegram independently of this Service.
- We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Telegram.
- You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with Telegram's Terms of Service.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any particular message will be successfully forwarded.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
Our total liability to you for any direct damages shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 30 days immediately preceding the claim.
11. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if:
- You violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy
- We receive a valid legal request to do so
- Your account is involved in fraudulent activity
- Continued operation poses a risk to other users or the platform
You may terminate your account at any time by disconnecting your session using the bot's disconnect feature.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by sending a message through the bot. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Haryana, India.
