1. The service
We provide automated message forwarding between chats you control, plus related tools (filters, transforms, translation, scheduling, analytics).
2. Your responsibilities
- You must own or have permission for the channels/groups you connect.
- You are solely responsible for the content you forward and for complying with applicable laws and Telegram's Terms of Service.
- You must not use the service for spam, harassment, fraud, or illegal content.
3. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans unlock premium features for the period purchased. Prices are shown before payment. Plans do not auto-renew unless stated.
4. Refund policy
3-day money-back guarantee — if the service does not work for you, contact support within 3 days of your first purchase for a refund, provided the issue is on our side and not a Telegram-side ban or a violation of these Terms. Approved refunds go to the original payment method. Telegram Stars purchases follow Telegram's own refund rules.
5. Availability
We aim for high uptime, but the service is provided "as is" without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation. Telegram-side limits, bans or outages are outside our control.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Auto Forward Messages is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for actions taken by Telegram against your account.
7. Termination & changes
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You can disconnect and stop using the service at any time. We may update these terms; continued use means acceptance.
